- Step 1: access your dashboard by logging in then click on “Verification” .
- Step 2: Click on “Capture Your Fingerprint”, a button near the fingerprint icon on your screen.
- Step 3: Navigate to the new page “NASIMS (NPOWER) Biometric Client”. There is a page that has this url (https://nasimsbiometric.blob.core.windows.net/enrollment/Publish.htm)
- Step 4: Click on “Install” to install the NASIMS NPower Biometrics Prerequisite application on your computer. Your Android and iPhone or any device with the exception of computer or laptops won’t work.
- Step 5: After the installation, click on “Launch” to start the application. Complete your Biometric enrollment by following the steps provided on the site.

Please keep trying.
