JOB Description/Duties
Responsibilities include general estate management and maintenance to a high standard
Assuring efficient and effective service delivery through the preparation of annual service charge and power budget estimates and the collection of service charge deposits.
Implement a facility management program that includes a preventative maintenance plan and life-cycle requirements.
Manage and maintain general cleanliness in the estate
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
Coordinates and arranges third party service providers such as maintenance contractors, suppliers, vendors
Attend meetings of the Estate Residents
Regularly provide feedback on projects to the Estate's EXCOs and relevant committees and others
