Some guys even use it as means to have sex with ladies saying that it helps them last longer during sexual intercourse but that shouldn't be a way to satisfy urge for s3x.

  1. Tramadol can slow or stop your breathing.
  2. Taking Tramadol among pregnant women can lead to miscarriage or still birth i.e it can flush away the foetus.
  3. Misuse of Tramadol can cause addiction and probably death; in some cases, leads to insanity.
  4. Tramadol should not be given to children under the age of  12 and OL-TRAM ER should not be given to persons younger than 18.
  5. It is not advisable to take Tramadol if you're allergic to the drug.
  6. Do not give the medicine to anyone who recently had surgery to remove the tonsils or adenoids or appendix.
  7. Drug or alcohol addicts are likely to develop seizures if eventually they take Tramadol.
  8. Lactating mothers are not advised to take Tramadol as it would to get in touch with the breast milk.
  9. Take Tramadol exactly as prescribed. Follow all directions on your prescription label.
  10. People with history of mental illnesses or suicidal attempts are not advised to take the drug.
  11. Selling or giving away this medicine is against the law.
  12. Never crush or break a tablet, inhale the powder or mix it into a liquid to inject the drug into your vein - It kills.
  13. Tramadol can be taken with or without food, but take it the same way each time.
  14. Never share the medicine with another person, especially someone with a history of drug abuse or addiction. 
  15. Do not crush, break, or open an extended-release tablet or capsule - swallow it whole.
  16. Do not stop using this medicine suddenly, or you could have unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Ask your doctor how to safely stop using this medicine.
  17. Do not keep leftover Tramadol medications. Just one dose can cause death in someone using this medicine accidentally or improperly.
  18. Common side effects of using Tramadol include; constipation, itchiness and catarrh.
  19. Elderly people are advised against taking it as it can lead to slowed breathing, drowsiness and sedation.
  20. If mistakenly taking in overdose, you can prevent complications with the use of Naloxone as it blocks the effect of Tramadol in the body.
